This program is designed to consist of a combination of job simulated and live projects providing the student with real "hands-on" learning experiences. Students will be provided with a first-hand knowledge of the software, hardware, and operation of computers, network devices, wireless and other advanced technology used in industry today. This may include building, repairing, troubleshooting, installing, networking and servicing computers, network devices, firewalls, mobile devices and other advanced IT/IS devices. The instruction also includes an introduction to information management, cybersecurity, workstations, servers, network infrastructure, and other advanced technology.

Job Duties
Analyze, test, troubleshoot, and evaluate existing network systems, such as local area network LAN , wide area network WAN , and Internet systems or a segment of a network system. Perform network maintenance to ensure networks operate correctly with minimal interruption.
